LMI Technologies Inc. (LMI) specializes in 3D sensors that produce fast throughput and high resolution inspection data to meet production and quality requirements for the automotive industry.

Expertise

Packaged in a robust industrial housing, LMI sensors are ideal for mounting in the assembly weld tools, in close proximity to weld guns. When sensors are mounted in the assembly line, studies of the manufacturing process are simplified, allowing the sensor to operate in a continuous data-gathering mode to obtain data of actual part movements during the process. Since data acquisition is done automatically, results may be displayed in real time.
